Our background
Welcome to Erwin Ministries International! We are Rev. Damien and Mendy Erwin. We have two adult sons, Jarrod and Joshua. For well over 30 years we have traveled around the globe, ministering in song and in the Word of God visiting various cities, states, and countries.
Damien began his walk with the Lord through a Pentecostal missionary back in his home city, Perth, Australia in 1986. As he grew in the knowledge of the Word of the Lord and in his own spiritual walk, Jesus spoke to his heart to follow Him and accept His call to the ministry. He answered that call by attending and then graduating from Bible College in both Perth, Australia and Stockton, California. Mendy grew up in a Pentecostal preacher’s home, began her walk with the Lord at a young age, and joined in with her family as they planted churches, traveled, sang, and ministered throughout North America. She has made several gospel albums with her family, The Hardin Family Singers, as well as solo albums.
Our faith
The Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God, given to us as the Spirit of God moved upon men who were anointed for this express purpose. There is one eternal God who is infinite in power, Holy and possessing an absolute, invisible deity. The one true God revealed Himself as Father in creation; through His Son in redemption; and as the Holy Spirit by moving upon the earth and infilling the hearts of mankind. We believe in the great commission and are endeavoring to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with love, mercy and compassion.
The Bible provides a clear pathway for all to experience full salvation, which is repentance, baptism in water by immersion in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost, with the initial sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.
